Dr. Jan U. Hungar – Managing Partner*) Managing Director

Jan is an industrial engineer (economics) and lawyer with specialist industry knowledge of the shipping, insurance, energy and real estate sectors. Jan delivers financial, corporate, investment and structural advice to clients considering investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions as well as using his extensive network of contacts to make introductions and bring interested parties together. Jan is also an expert in restructuring, trust and enforcement matters.

Regina Langholz – Partner**) and Financial Director with registered proxy

Regina studied economics in Germany and the UK – her career includes previously working as Finance Director and Tax Advisor. Regina delivers financial and audit advice as well as providing financial due diligence and trust service.

 

Alexandra Ewert – Partner**) Senior Project Manager 

Alexandra studied economics and has worked as relationship manager for a major bank. She is a team leader in escrow and financial advisory matters and coordinates project work. Alexandra, in particular, assists our clients in financial advisory, trust and escrow, restructuring and workout projects.

Evelyn Goldenbaum – Partner**)  Director of Maritime Projects 

Evelyn  takes care of maritime projects including superyachts in which Ince Consultancy acts as project office in construction, sales, registration, investment operation and management matters, in particular financial management . She has a lot of experience and holds a ISM license. She worked for many years as a maritime asset, project and financial officer for a UK service company and was responsible for coordinating the management of the serviced superyachts. 

 

Jan Heuvels – Special Senior Counsel

Jan has an English legal education. He is an expert in management matters as well as being an insurance and reinsurance specialist dealing with complex, international insurance matters.

 

Nina-Kristin Müller – Project Manager

Nina studied economics and has previously worked for a major bank and an international investment company in Germany and the UK. She joined Ince Consultancy as a project manager to assist in financial advisory as well as trust and escrow projects.

 

Svenja Mansfeld – General Counsel & Project Manager

Svenja studied law including economics and has worked for shipping companies in Germany and the USA. She takes care of legal and compliance aspects and additionally works on projects.

 

Marc Elbrecht  – Project Manager

Marc started at Ince (Germany) and now works for Ince Consultancy as project manager in particular in escrow and trust matters.

 

Christian Feemers – Of Counsel / Consultant

Christian has studied economics and is a former private and investment banker at a number of international banks. He takes in particular care of business introductions mandates and works as of counsel and consultant Ince Consultancy.
